Bradie is 8 months old this week! We've had an interesting couple of weeks- from both of us having strep throat, plus Bradie had an ear infection, Lee being out of town, Bradie and I got into a car accident and two doctor appointments in one week- needless to say it has been very busy and hectic around here.
The first night Lee was out of town, Bradie was crying and crying and I walked into her room to find her standing for the first time and chewing on her crib! She had her two bottom teeth coming in, probably already had strep and had an ear infection! This was the beginning of a LONG night of crying and Bradie getting stuck standing up since she hadn't figured out how to get down once she was standing up. But doesn't she look so cute standing?

Since we had two unscheduled doctor's appointment, I found out that Bradie weighs 19.4 lbs and is 28 inches long. She's a big girl! I also learned from the doctor that Texas is about to pass a law requiring rear-facing car seats until 2 years old. So, no matter how big she is, she'll be facing the back for a while.
